where is the email for getting tech support?
I want to know how to start your software when I turn my iphone on? is that possible?
Also, would it be possible to add photos to a menu? not tied to a contact?

Actually iPhone is not supported background application. For example you can not run radio application in the background. You must choose one application at a time. “One time one application” rule is made by Apple. But when you open the application, do not press the home button. Try to standbye your phone with power button. After you open the phone again you will see the syPhone main page again.
